All sales of CUSOMTIZED/PERSONALIZED items are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes but is not limited to items such as items with names and or dates like keychains, drinkware, signs and items with custom sizing such as crocheted vests and ponchos.
We work out of our home which means we have VERY limited stock of items like drinkware, clothing, etc. Please be aware some items may take up to 2 weeks to allow for shipping of materials if needed, and to get your item either mailed to you or ready for pick up.
Some items allow for customization with names, logos, dates, colors, etc. Please be sure to double check you have entered all information correctly such as spelling. Items with mistakes due to our error will be refunded/remade, but not mistakes due to customer error.
All orders are required to be paid IN FULL unless a prior arrangement has been made. No items will be made until payment is received. Simply mentioning on Facebook or in a message/text that you are interested in an item will not mean your item will be made.
Customer is responsible for arranging pick up/delivery or order. Once your order is finished, we will contact you via email, phone call or text message, depending on information provided at time of order. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO CUSTOMER FOR FREE. If this is something you need, prior arrangements will be made. We will deliver in the city of Warren for an additional fee.
Orders, once completed, will be held for 30 days, after which time the item may be resold. No refund will be given for orders not picked up within this time frame.
Orders will be available for pickup from our home. It will be customers responsibility to contact us to arrange pick up at a convenient time for the customer and us.
